**UPDATE** After finding out that they sold my dad an extended warranty he didn’t want, I contacted them the same day and the next to get it removed. Both times, I’ve been sent to voicemail, and no one has bothered contacting me back. Very shady and dodgy. It’s like, once they make a sale on you, all customer service is out the door. I don’t recommend. They kept trying to upsell us and I had gotten a lot of the packages removed. However, the final day of signing, I couldn’t go with my father due to work. And they chose to use that to their full advantage by selling him an $850 unneeded extended warranty. Contact us at any time. We want this canceled. ———— Darren was very friendly and efficient. He was accommodating. It felt like there was no hassle with him. Darren puts the customer first and he wants you to have the best experience. We’ve bought from him a few times before, and we will continue buying from him again. Thank you! More

We were very impressed with Darrin’s knowledge of the vehicle. Darrin was very attentive to our questions and did an outstanding tour of the vehicle features and performance. Darrin was really great to work with, I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The one thing I was frustrated with was how pushy it felt to get additional add-ons that I wa recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The one thing I was frustrated with was how pushy it felt to get additional add-ons that I wasn't interested in, and the service fees felt overpriced when you factored that into the add-ons. I regretted doing the add on service I did end up settling as I was not fully informed of what was happening with it and by the time I wanted to remove it, it was too late. I felt I was given zero time to review all of the pricing details, and the finance manager seemed very annoyed that I was trying to review everything before signing - THANKFULLY I DID because we were incorrectly charged a sales tax rate that ended up saving us a lot of money!! So would I buy from them again? I would, but hard life lessons learned when it comes to all of the information/details included. I should have gotten a better deal with everything and I certainly regret that still. More

The service department called me before I needed service and we discussed when to bring the vehicle in. The mileage was low and I went on a trip. During the trip the mileage was met so I contacted my salesm and we discussed when to bring the vehicle in. The mileage was low and I went on a trip. During the trip the mileage was met so I contacted my salesman and he set up service thru email to get an appointment. They we able to get me in quickly. When I went in for service they completed it within an hour. My salesman was able to spend time with me for training on the hands free controls. I appreciate all they did so I can enjoy this well engineered vehicle. More
