With the ongoing issues and that my truck has been in the shop collectively for one year out of the less than two years we have owned it, I would appreciate a buy back. I know we discussed it and you’re the shop collectively for one year out of the less than two years we have owned it, I would appreciate a buy back. I know we discussed it and you’re not interested in the truck, but it is not about that. You sold me the truck and the warranty which was completely misrepresented by the finance department. Your shop has lost tens of thousands of dollars on this truck as well and will continue to because I will not stop bringing it to them. At this point it’s more about doing what is right than anything. I request a buyback for 90% of the purchase price or a trade-in at the full purchase price towards another used vehicle. I did not feel appreciated. The negotiation on the price came down to $300 that they wanted on top of my final offer. I don't think that was professional. When I went to pay for the vehicle and do the paperwork the finance manager tried to sell me insurance for mechanical breakdown. She literately told me that they vehicle was of very poor quality and it will break after 3 year and will cost me thousands of dollars to repair. She even said this was not a Honda or Toyota that last for many years. I told her that I did not want the insurance and also I was reconsidering buying the car. I thought that was very unprofessional too. When I left the dealer they gave me a memory stick with all the paperwork. As I checked it at the house it was empty. The whole experience was below par based on the amount of money I spent on this vehicle and the service that I received. More

My car still 2 hours the first time on Friday after there they bring the car and show me the change some fuses and new battery, the only 35 days used, when I enter on the the air conditioning still not worki they bring the car and show me the change some fuses and new battery, the only 35 days used, when I enter on the the air conditioning still not working At all, also the bring car in side the body shop again and take more 2 hours again, this put my travel late, when I will be there in Orlando for the conference, the car show the engine light on the panel, and push me to wake up early to my hotel to bring the car to another dealer to see if is security to drive back to my home, is take to whole to found another problem, for me is to much issues for brand new car I am very very upset about this situation! More

Came in looking for affordable monthly payments with low down payment. Nigel was on point when it came to showing me cars that would fit my needs and we came to an agreement with numbers really quick. Later down payment.
