First time customer, the communication has been challenging. Our leased car went back to the dealership within 24 hours after realizing that it was never cleaned. Then, one of the sensors was dis challenging. Our leased car went back to the dealership within 24 hours after realizing that it was never cleaned. Then, one of the sensors was dislodged from the rear of the car and it sat in service for nearly 2 1/2 weeks with poor information being provided. I showed up unannounced to speak with the GM to discuss these problems and Kevin was at least apologetic and receptive. As it turned out, the car had been ready, but I was never notified, even after having received a text from service within 48 hours saying that the part and its shipping information were still unknown. More

Dealership was fantastic, they allowed me to return a 2026 X5 in 3 days because I just wasn’t happy, I really wanted a higher performance car. I wound up getting a great deal through Dan, who was extreme 2026 X5 in 3 days because I just wasn’t happy, I really wanted a higher performance car. First, your dealership did not properly complete the paperwork for the registration for my 850. I have been unable to drive my car for almost two weeks because I am concerned that I will receive a tick paperwork for the registration for my 850. I have been unable to drive my car for almost two weeks because I am concerned that I will receive a ticket because of the error by your dealership. Now, no one from the dealership is communicating with me regarding the replacement registration. Do I have to wait another two weeks before I can safely drive my new car?
