Came For One Vehicle & Bought Two We went to the dealership for my wife's new Forester Touring and ended up the Ascent as well. After a through demonstration of many features on the ve We went to the dealership for my wife's new Forester Touring and ended up the Ascent as well. After a through demonstration of many features on the vehicles I felt my VW Atlas SEL 4 Motion was inferior to the Ascent. My wife and I have 3 young Grand Kids that live with us and we need the safest vehicles on the road to keep them safe. I believe we accomplished this with our purchases. More

service Not being able to schedule a service appointment for 2 to 2 1/2 weeks out is not customer friendly. This has happened twice this year. Also, attempts to cancel an existing appointment were difficult. Two telephone numbers listed on the website were no longer in service. Some issues with cosmetics of vehicle were dismissed with "it's plastic" or "it was overfilled". Not helpful and not solving the problem. More
