Service Department needs some work! I notice that none of your top rated personnel are from your Service Department. I cannot say I'm surprised. I just had my car serviced, both for a I notice that none of your top rated personnel are from your Service Department. I cannot say I'm surprised. I just had my car serviced, both for a regular service (12,000 miles) and to replace my radio because the CD player was defective. I didn't mind how busy it was after seeing Recall Notices and plans to expand. What I DID mind was that once I got a couple of miles away and turned on my new radio, I realized it hadn't been reprogrammed. Nor, was I asked if I wanted it reprogrammed, or my phone reconnected, etc. Your guys dropped the ball on this one, guys!!! Shouldn't be my responsibility to tell you the details of which your job consists. More

Subaru is No. 1 in my book! I purchased my Subaru in Minnesota and had the best car service I have ever experienced. I thought it was a fluke. Then I moved to Tucson and still re I purchased my Subaru in Minnesota and had the best car service I have ever experienced. I thought it was a fluke. Then I moved to Tucson and still receive top-notch, customer-focused service every time. Also, a big thanks to the Service Tech. who discovered my transmission problem and brought it to the forefront and thanks to Mr. Ford (you gotta love the name) for handling my extended warranty on it. Suffice it to say, because of the outstanding customer service I receive from Tucson Subaru, I will be purchasing another Subaru when the time comes for me to buy a new car. It's true - I really do love my Subaru. More

They explained that normally they give customers a few months grace period. It was a very pleasant surprise. From purchase to every service appointment we have been very impressed! More

Another positive experience Was interested in a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek with certain options. I contacted Robert Pedroza because I had dealt with him before. He started the searc Was interested in a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek with certain options. I contacted Robert Pedroza because I had dealt with him before. He started the search. Within a few weeks he had located a vehicle he felt met my requirements. To make a long story short, we closed the deal within a short period of time and I'm now driving the vehicle that I wanted at a very fair price. This is the second vehicle I have purchased through Robert and once again I found the relationship to be outstanding. He listens, has patience, works hard and represents very well his clients and the dealership. It should be noted I have referred 2 people to Robert, they purchased new Subarus and reported the same good experience with Robert and the dealership. Needless to say, I am very pleased. When I told him I was unsure that the Ascent would fit in my garage (it's seven inches longer than my Outback) he went on a test drive with me to my house to see if the new Ascent would fit in. It did. He also, a few days after the sale - ON HIS OWN TIME - came back to my house to set the garage door opener for me and took a little additional time to explain all the new "bells and whistles" of the new car to me. I might add that the negotiation of the sale price was done in a reasonable and courteous manner. I will certainly not hesitate to recommend Greg to my friends. More

CJ gave us a very fun and informative test drive and we were convinced that the Ascent was the vehicle for us. He is so knowledgeable about every aspect of the car and Subaru as a company. Louie made the paperwork process bearable and I really enjoyed meeting Dan in Service Dept. and Scott in the parts department. All these guys are so friendly and so competent!
