I took my 2021 Cadillac in for its 15k scheduled service. The service dept. was helpful, professional, and organized. As I waited, I went to sales to request to test drive some cars. Cole took care of me rig The service dept. was helpful, professional, and organized. As I waited, I went to sales to request to test drive some cars. Cole took care of me right away. He basically gave me the keys to the cars I request to test and told me to enjoy the test drives. Long story short, I was back the next day and purchased the last car that I test drove. The service was also top notch. When he did not see me in the waiting area, they called me to inform me that my service was complete. DSL also followed up with emails to ensure that I was satisfied with my visit. 2 Thumbs up! More

Everything was quickly and professionally done in a low stress environment, in terms of paper work, trade in offer and finance. It was the quickest car buying experience I have had to date. If you stop by David Scott Lee GMC, just ask for Cole and he will take care of you in the way it should be done. Jose from finance also explained in detail the options you could select during the wrap up to help us choose which would be best for us and was easy to work with.
