Although my initial telephone conversation was with Chief (and I understand now why he is called so!), he allowed Kenny to be my sales rep while he was out. I wasn't going to purchase that day, but Kenny was so good that he turned a cold feet nervous car viewer into a sale. I love my new David Scott Lee family! What started with an UBER ride two years ago, and then a mom to mom conversation at a Friday Night Lights game became an amazing BUICK that I will cherish for many years.
