Very disappointed. My wife bought a new car, was convinced a rav4 would be enough space for our family when we were coming out of a Highlander. She drove it for two wee My wife bought a new car, was convinced a rav4 would be enough space for our family when we were coming out of a Highlander. She drove it for two weeks and knew it wasn’t big enough. Went in to see Cole, and was told to “suck it up” and “come see me in two years” because there was nothing they could do short of doubling the monthly payment. Extremely angry for the customer service provided. More

Excellent EXCEPT wait time. They were very (very) busy and my sales person, while apologetic, kept coming by and saying it’ll be a while longer. 2.5 hours! Just to pay for, sign several pages and drive away (with virtually no time for orientation/instruction, but that was okay). The actual work that I needed to do to purchase it took 10 minutes. Very irritating to wait so long for each and every step just to pay for it and sign papers! I understand having many customers is desirable for the dealership and salespeople, but not at the expense (2.5 hours wasted) of a brand new customer….. More
