I went in for service, ( oil, tire rotation ) I was apprehensive because I usually like the earliest appointment to get in and out as quickly as possible, this time my appointment was at 10:45. Well, I get in and walk over to the desk and very happy to see the person who helped me last time, Clara Torres, any anxiety was now gone because she was so wonderful the last time and she didn't disappoint this time again. Clara Torres is at the top of her game, she really knows her job and is even better at customer service. Clara has a wonderful personality and I can only hope Valley Stream Honda realizes what a gem they have working for them. More
