Out of State Purchase Purchased and traded a vehicle from out of state over the Internet and phone. Drove 600 miles and everything was as promised when I arrived. Minor glitch with both the vehicle I was trading and the one I was purchasing. Both resolved quickly and to everyone's satisfaction. Still pleased with my purchase 3 months later. Brianna Cote facilitated everything online. I would highly recommend working with her. Chuck Robinson knows his Lincolns very well and made me very comfortable with every feature. Ryan Garrett was fair with the trade and purchase negotiations. More

Tradeing up. I traded up from a 1999 Mercury Mystique to a 2012 Ford Fusion. Charles Robinson was extremely helpful and friendly. He answered any and all questio I traded up from a 1999 Mercury Mystique to a 2012 Ford Fusion. Charles Robinson was extremely helpful and friendly. He answered any and all questions I had and was very courteous. He made my experience less stressful and more enjoyable. Overall the whole dealership treated me as if I was a friend and made me feel as if I was a part of their family. All in all it was a very good experience. More
