Honestly the service was not good in your service department. I hesitated to even come there but was told that it had gotten better but I disagree and will not be returning Just because the l department. I was told that the light was not on and the error that they did see was optional to me if i want to fix or not. When i asked your "expert" he told me that is up to me he can't tell me what to do with my car, OK, well thanks for nothing Car is at another shop now as light is back on, and I will not be coming back to your business for anything. I also walked arwound in the rain for about 5 minutes before I had to ask someone to help me find my car that the servcie tech said was right outside.... not right outside soon the lady in the billing department jumped in to help also. after sales man had to ask the service guy (which was also extremely grouchy) he then said oh I guess its over here,,,, wow More

Website offers service hours until after 5pm. Scheduled service only to be called 5 minutes later and telling me there are no times available after 415pm. I agreed that I could hopefully make 415 work and then he argued with me on the time that HE offered. I was finally able to work out a time on another day to get my car in for a simple oil change. However, I did not receive a window sticker telling me how long the oil was good for and/or expectation of next visit milage nor was indicator on the vehicle reset. luckily, I thought to look and reset it later that day. I will be looking for better service departments in the Freeport area. I used to rave about Fairway Ford before it switched to Freeport Ford. More

Did a good job once the rep listened to what I asked to be done and not what they wanted because they didnt think they had to. And once they pulled tires as I asked, they found frozen rusted brake pads as be done and not what they wanted because they didnt think they had to. Didnt matter, but it could have .been avoided had they listened to what I wanted done. More
