When this was owned by Brown’s, I thought they were exceptional and tried to attract people to drive out to Manassas, because they were honest and provided good value. Under Safford, they have become just another dealership, so I might as well stay local to service my Subaru. The latest offense is that they said they would no longer honor my prepaid oil changes after the next one, and it wasn’t even clear they will honor that. They gave me a xx story that everything expires after 3 years, when only the towing service expired, not the repair discounts. Does the discount coupon for the 60,000-mile service now also expire after just 3 years? I paid for those coupons upfront. The day Safford stops honoring them is the day they will no longer service my Subaru. I may as well go to Sheehy or Farrish. More
