I arrived early for my appointed time. When I entered the service area there were three. Employees behind desks .One of them was working with a customer. Within a few minutes, all three of the employees were free. No one ever greeted me or asked me to wait.. I stood there in the middle of the reception area for at least 10 minutes. A new customer walked in and tried to approach one of the employees. She said that I was next and it would be a few minutes. No one spoke to me until it was my turn. I thought some acknowledgment of my presence would’ve been appreciated. It was awkward, just standing there not knowing what to do. More
