I have been with BMW since July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I am proud to work for a dealer that has faith in the decisions that I make, which are always in the best interests of our customers and the dealership itself. I am from Elmhurst, NY and a graduate of Queens Vocational School. My ability to work with my hands spans from automotive to boat and home repairs. In my free time, I enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and doing wood work. My motto is to treat others in a way that I would like to be treated!

I came in to drop My car for service and they told me one thing one day and then released my car I had an issue again within 2 days of that and then they suddenly realized my tires have an issue and I h one thing one day and then released my car I had an issue again within 2 days of that and then they suddenly realized my tires have an issue and I have no warranty left but I do have warranty the last time I brought the car. I even showed messages. They refused to do anything about it except for asking me to change the tire to make money. I had just gotten my all 4 tires changed at Rallye exactly a year ago. Also, worst of all, my car was realized to without ensuring it was safe to drive. When I got the care it had low tire pressure still - least they could have done was handled that so I can drive safely until I decided what I want to do next. Absolutely not coming back to Rallye bmw be it for service or a to buy a new car when I change mine. I even made that clear to service and to sales there. After this horrible experience no one at Rallye bmw service reached out to me even though I sent a message of disappointment and dissatisfaction. Clearly no one needs the business there. More

The technician did not diagnose the real problem but did a lot of other diagnosis and produced a huge list of problems to fix. The proposed cost is ridiculously huge too. The Service Department has keep my 2014 BMW running like new! My Service Advisor, Carol Muniz, kept me informed, while the car was being serviced. Chris Blanco, Service Manager, is honest and trustworthy and I can always count on his knowledge and friendship! Matt Carlson, is the General Manager, of Rallye BMW and he was my first service advisor way back in 2004. He is a true gentleman and leader! He has created a tremendous team! Looking forward to getting another car from Rallye this coming January. More

I had a troubling experience with the BMW dealership in Westbury, NY. I took my vehicle in for a recall repair, expecting a straightforward and efficient service. Unfortunately, the situation quickly deter Westbury, NY. I took my vehicle in for a recall repair, expecting a straightforward and efficient service. Unfortunately, the situation quickly deteriorated. After the recall repair, actually leaving the dealership, I started experiencing significant electrical issues with my dashboard—warning lights flickering, erratic display behavior, ABS lights all lit ,and more. What was initially a routine repair became a major problem. I reached out to the dealership and spoke with Adam Romano (assistant service manager) for help, and the issue dragged on for several weeks, having to bring the car in twice, before it was finally resolved. To my dismay, the dealership charged me over $1,000 to fix the problem they caused. It feels incredibly unfair to be billed such a substantial amount for an issue that arose directly from their repair work. The extended delay and the hefty bill left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service I received. In summary, my experience with this dealership was far from satisfactory. What should have been a simple recall repair ended up being an expensive ordeal. I hope the dealership improves their service quality on repairs other than oil changes, inspections, and routine BMW maintenance, for which according to their radio advertisements they are #1, and improve their billing practices to avoid putting future customers in such a difficult position.
