Let me tell you, some kindred spirits brought us together. Kelley and I bonded right off the bat - she was determined to find me a car that would be a great fit for my lifestyle at my timeline. Her communication, kindness, flexibility, patience, leadership, fierce, and easy-going nature completely transformed my experience in a positive light. She knew I wanted to go through this process independently (as much as possible) and she set me up for success from the beginning, so I could accomplish just that. When Kelley told me about her previous teaching experience, it just emphasized to me her calm attitude to meet me where I was at and her desire to help me succeed. When my parents look for their next car, I have emphasized that they meet with Kelley, because of the support she was able to offer me through this stressful period of my life. I don't think I will go to any other dealer in the future, now that I have this beautiful connection set up with Kelley through Heritage. Both of my scheduled appointments were filled with phone calls and other customers. At my delivery appointment, I did not even make it your the desk, but rather sat in the waiting area for almost two hours calls and other customers. At my delivery appointment, I did not even make it your the desk, but rather sat in the waiting area for almost two hours while a few papers were brought to me to sign. The run through of the radio and features was detailed, but outside of that, I felt like an inconvenience. In the last 30 minutes I sat unclear of what was happening after you disappeared from the office. The financing person finally came to get me (unsure if I was even the correct person). She explained that they were short financing staff, but quickly got me through the paperwork and was very friendly. Communication would have been appreciated at the start of the appointment regarding other customers, wait times and what to expect as I sat there without any plan. More
