I was not told before signing paperwork for my Honda Prologue that chargers were currently unavailable and on back order. It was not until I was leaving the parking lot that I was told to come back the Prologue that chargers were currently unavailable and on back order. It was not until I was leaving the parking lot that I was told to come back the following week for a charger. When I called for my charger the following week, I was given the run around multiple times just to be told that the “real” charger would not be in until a month later but they ordered chargers from a different manufacturer. I was then told that they would be there that day, which they weren’t. The sales person who sold me the car did not check their inventory for chargers before signing paperwork work. More
