Happy Monday! Alberto, let's see if I should change my review, I was reviewing the bill of sale and now it is even worse, they told me that the price of the car was $26,000 I even have a screenshot from the website and they charged me $37,000, now I am even more upset,

I have to update my review, after speaking with the manager I now know that they strategically use the trade-in money to pay part of the loan for the full price of the new car, what does that mean? First they make you the loan for your new car, and then they use the trade-in money to pay part of the new car loan, in fact I paid $1000, plus $9300 in my trade-in as a “down payment”, and I did not reduce my monthly payment because they use my trade-in money to pay part of the loan for the full price of the car, it's not fair, and they also conveniently add the dealer fee to your loan plus shipping on a car that you didn't order and didn't request to be shipped to you and they also strategically forget to inform you of all that. Just be honest with your clients and you will be able to have more, you have staff willing to help, you just have to be sincere.
