I was born and raised in Elgin, Illinois. I moved to Tucson in 1978 and graduated from Canyon Del Oro High School. I attended the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. I began my automotive career in 1993. I have been selling Subaru's locally since 2000. I enjoy spending free time with my family and friends.

I would have given this review 5 stars but they did not offer us a free sunshade like another dealer was willing to do, but the staff was A LOT better than that other dealership. A very pleasant "No Hassle" car buying experience. My wife and I have owned Subaru's in the past and have had good experiences with those cars. But my current car was 13 years old and so it was time to My wife and I have owned Subaru's in the past and have had good experiences with those cars. But my current car was 13 years old and so it was time to make a purchase. Chris Smith at Tucson Subaru was extremely professional, not pushy at all and answered all my questions. He let me check out the car so I could show my wife at work and we came back down with it and completed the transaction seamlessly. Being in sales myself I can definitely recognize the signs of a good sales person, one who let's you come to your own decisions based on information without overselling. Our finance person at Tucson Subaru did a very nice job as well. I love the car and am delighted with the experience. More
