I was born and raised in Elgin, Illinois. I moved to Tucson in 1978 and graduated from Canyon Del Oro High School. I attended the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. I began my automotive career in 1993. I have been selling Subaru's locally since 2000. I enjoy spending free time with my family and friends.

A painless experience we plan to repeat. We are planning to buy a second new Subaru within the next year and we hope we can work with both Chris and Tim again when we do so. Compared with experiences that we have in the past buying a car, the process of buying this car was a lot less stressful. We didn't feel pressured, and we didn't have the feeling at all that we were getting ripped off. I would definitely recommend this dealership and its employees to anyone interested in buying a new car. More

The sales men and women conducted themselves in a professional manner while keeping a smile on their face. Mr. Chris Smith was very respectful of what we were looking for and did not try to push us into something we were not interested in. He was very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of what we were looking at, it was clear we had the right guy to help us. From the test drive to talking with him in his office, he offered us insight on the great quality of Subaru vehicles and reputation. We were immediately told about their military sales program which we are highly appreciative of. Overall, we know that Subaru aims to please and accommodate their customers without trying to get as much money as they can from you. We haven't purchased yet, but we are looking forward to working with them in the future. More

Lots of cars later, I have only one other time where I genuinely felt valued -- until now. Tucson Subaru wants to be in business 40 years from now and it shows. Everything is done with an eye toward making loyalty. The dealership won't have the "most add-on sales," or win any awards for additional accessories ordered, but it will have people returning again and again when it comes time to purchase another car for themselves or their children.
