Having bought 5 vehicles in the past 16 years, this one was definitely the easiest of all. I really liked that you could get an "e-price" before going in. After researching the vehicle we wanted, and checking out dealers in Phoenix (the last 5 vehicles were all bought in Phoenix). More vehicles, more dealers, usually means a better deal. NOT this time. Also, the finance experience was very low pressure. When I initially said no to a couple of the optional add-ons, they quickly countered with a sweet deal that I couldn't turn down. Traci in financing was thorough in explaining our options and super friendly. I LOATHE buying cars because it's always a hassle and a headache.
