I was born in Steubenville, OH and raised in Follansbee, WV. I received a Flight Technology Degree at Kent State University in 1995. I have worked in the automobile business for over 30 years and every one of those has been at Klaben! Over the years I have developed a loyal customer base through straightforward business practices and striving for complete customer satisfaction. I had scheduled service work for my F150 for Tuesday 11/4 at 7:00am to have the works done and it completely slipped my mind being caught up in Physical Inventory at work and by 8 am Joe French was on the ph at 7:00am to have the works done and it completely slipped my mind being caught up in Physical Inventory at work and by 8 am Joe French was on the phone calling me to remind me I had an appointment, so I ran the truck down and dropped it off fortunately I'm only a couple blocks away. I thanked Joe for the courtesy call when I saw him 3 hours later he was calling me to tell me it was done. Greatly appreciate the service More
