I use this dealership for service on my Ford Mach E. They always get my car back to me quickly and moving much better than before arrival. I’ve been to other ford dealerships and due to limited EV techs They always get my car back to me quickly and moving much better than before arrival. I’ve been to other ford dealerships and due to limited EV techs had extremely long wait times for the return of my vehicle. My only complaint is that they never have loaner vehicles available. Due to the issues always being the fault of Ford (recalls) I believe I should have to pay for a rental car. Because of this my next EV will definitely not be a Ford. I’ve had the car about 3 years and has had about 3 recalls where my vehicle was kept approximately 3-4 days by dealership (just for reference). More

I had to create a last minute appointment due to my battery needing to be replaced before the negative temperatures hit. I was not able to go so my mom took the vehicle in for me. Very professional all the staff are excellent. They explain everything to you and let you know what your car needs before they proceed. Bill Jake Matt are all very helpful.
