Hi, I am sorry to write, I had two appointments 10-01-24 for Prius Prime and 10-14-24 for Honda Odyssey. I was not planning to write a review, but I was keep receiving email to write a review. I don't want for Prius Prime and 10-14-24 for Honda Odyssey. I was not planning to write a review, but I was keep receiving email to write a review. I don't want anyone job get effect because what I write also I don't have time. I am bringing my vehicles to your place since 2006, you can check the record. I bought two Toyota vehicles from your showroom, and two from another showroom because you did't have what I was looking for. Recently last two services was very upsetting. My husband drive Prius Prime, the person took care of the vehicle was very rude and pushy. Whoever did the service, did not do a complete job. The vehicle making small sound and my husband took the Prius Prime to local shop to fix the problem. I find out later from my husband. When I brought Honda Odyssey for Oil change, within a second the person told me it will cost $90 plus dollars. I had to show him my last two receipts that it should cost $60 Plus, and I had coupon, he really got upset and very rude. If he said $70 plus I can understand services getting expensive, but not at the rate what he was telling me. When service done and I asked him does my vehicle Okay and did you do the multipoint inspection he said everything is okay. He did not give me multipoint inspection sheet usually I got every time in my previous appointments, When I ask for the paperwork he said everything is okay there is no need for multipoint inspection paperwork. I don't understand when I brought my Honda Odyssey on 05-01-24 they told me my vehicle need alignment and etc etc you can check the paperwork. How come after 5 months everything is okay? I drive everyday on Highway for my work and I want to make sure my vehicle should be okay to drive. I really missed all the old workers who are very nice and always explain everything in detail whatever my vehicles needs. They were fair and honest, even I decline or not. I stop taking Odyssey to Honda dealer because of their rude behavior towards the customer and start bringing to Toyota Direct. You can check I have two other Toyota dealers close to my home but I bring my vehicle to you, only because of the good customer service. If you upgrade your place that does not mean you start charging more from your customers. I am planning to buy Prius Prime because my Honda Odyssey have 199000 mileage, but question is that where I can get good customer service. Have a nice day. Take care More

Chris Grossman, who I have been going to for years, had to call off the day of my appointment. I was standing at Chris’s desk and Randy so professionally and courteously came and informed me Chris would no to call off the day of my appointment. I was standing at Chris’s desk and Randy so professionally and courteously came and informed me Chris would not be in. Randy said he would be happy to assist me and get me checked in. He was excellent, kind, very efficient. Great job! Chris has been, is, shall continue to be my STELLER/OUTSTANDING/ABOVE AND BEYOND go to person, and I will absolutely keep coming back, but Randy was excellent. More

The service was horrible at service center, Chris seemed like he didn’t care about the issue I was having with my 2016 Chevy equinox. I explained that I was having a knocking sound coming from the engine an like he didn’t care about the issue I was having with my 2016 Chevy equinox. I explained that I was having a knocking sound coming from the engine and that I have the extended advanced warranty. When he called me 3 hrs after I dropped my car off and told me that I didn’t have an oil in it and that when the tech put oil in it stopped the knocking sound. He then went on to tell me that it was a known issue with 2016 Chevy equinox’s having issues with burning oil, and the PVC seal being damaged. He then submitted that to the extended warranty company knowing it was going to fail. The PVC issue is known with Chevy but it is due to pressure build up and can cause piston rings and can cause timing chain issues along with needing a new engine if the issue persists. However the tech never checked anything else saw the oil underneath the vehicle and said it’s a known issue and wouldn’t be covered by the extended warranty. The extended warranty covers mechanical issues, along with the engine and drive train. Now I am stuck with a vehicle I purchased 2 years ago with an extended warranty and they want to charge me $3000 to repair it. They will never get my business again and it was aweful. It should have been covered under warranty had they have done their job to see if any pistons or rods or timing chain was affected it all would have been covered. More
