If you like being ignored, while waiting to pay for your vehicle maintenance, This is the place for you. Inconsistent "policies", they've got em. Poor customer service, got that too. The actual maintenance was very high quality but not worth the dealing with Charmaine Brown at reception. Who made my mother wait for over an hour, after everything was finished. I had to drive to the dealership just to figure out what the hold up was. I don't know what her vandeta against my mom is but it has cost them a customer ( probably not much in the grand scheme). Thank you to Travis and Abby, my mom referenced you by name and it was clear, while I was there that you both were picking up a lot of slack and doing it with a smile. Im sorry that CBs performance out shined you both. More
