Service here was nothing short of amazing. I got in, they took the truck, I told them I would wait for the repair, they showed me the waiting room area and where coffee and drinks are. They I got in, they took the truck, I told them I would wait for the repair, they showed me the waiting room area and where coffee and drinks are. They said may take 4hrs, was done in 2hrs. Got my keys and off we went. I came here after a horrible experience at Rick Hendrick GMC in Duluth where they cant even return phone calls let alone say a part is on back order and somehow Jim Ellis had it in 1day. More

I have purchased 3 new vehicles from you. And you have service four of my vehicles over the years. I paid a bill over $2,500 on my most recent service and you could not even was my truck. I feel that your service has gone down and not only because of the cash wash. Overall you service is not nearly as good as it was. I will try another dealer next time More

The worst customer service experience I have ever had with a service department. I brought my vehicle in for an airbag recall, they damaged my dashboard, charged me to replace the damaged portion, damage with a service department. As I didn’t assign any technician for my visit no one came to check me in so I decided to enter and ask to someone. I stood in the door for a few minutes - like no one would like to take my case until Ch came to check me in so I decided to enter and ask to someone.
