Hi. I can't say I disagree. Sorry for the delay and making you wait longer than necessary. We have been working on our 'Time to Complete' and it has been improving, although that was not the case during your visit. We will investigate on our side and try to find an explanation (although I know that won't help much at this point) and reach out to you. Can you respond privately with an email address?
