From the time I walked in till I walked out the next day all my wants and needs were checked off ! I got a car that I love and it checks everything on my list Including things I didn’t know id want ! Charles was very eager to help, super friendly and high energy! Contacted me throughout the whole process. There was a few issues with car, understandably because it was a new car, but Charles and the team energy! Contacted me throughout the whole process. There was a few issues with car, understandably because it was a new car, but Charles and the team at Casey were on point trying to make sure the issues were fixed. I look forward to taking my car in for it's first and many oil changes bc the team was so delightful! Charles, Ron and Ed did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend! And I love my car! This man worked with me for 3 whole days trying to get me the car I wanted. He was so patient and positive the whole time. I bought a 2021 Kia Sportage and I’m 10000% satisfied. I would recommend anyone to go to Mr. Archer, he’s definitely a very transparent guy and he’ll make sure you get everything you want. In a car salesman you think don’t let them scam you. Mr. Archer gives you the real get down on what to do and exactly what’s happening.
