We’ve been to any dealerships in the quest to purchase a 4Runner. Every place we went seemed to not know their product and was less than honest about the condition of their vehicles. Then we stopped in Hei 4Runner. Every place we went seemed to not know their product and was less than honest about the condition of their vehicles. Then we stopped in Heiser Toyota. Met Jason. We told him what we wanted and within a few minutes we were done. He had the vehicle detailed and we picked it up a few days later. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and I was driving my new to me 4Runner. I would recommend this dealership and Jason to anyone. More

I will never go to any Heiser dealership ever for anything. I have been dealing with the flu for weeks, I haven’t been myself, I have been incredibly stressed out from work, the holiday season and wi anything. I have been dealing with the flu for weeks, I haven’t been myself, I have been incredibly stressed out from work, the holiday season and winter. My daughter had her car stolen for a second time so I was helping her out by selling her my RAV4 and buying a car for myself. I had a friend there to help advise me, and when my friend went to the bathroom I was presented with an Autoarmor form. I thought it was a warranty transfer because the previous owner had it applied when they bought the car new from Heiser Toyota. I would never have agreed to a reapplication on a 9 year old car (for $1995 plus tax!) if I was in compete control of my faculties. However, as I said my friend who I brought to help advise me was in the bathroom. I also felt compelled to take a service package($950 plus tax) to complete the transaction that I won’t use because I have a couple Toyota dealerships near my home and now I don’t want Heiser to get any more of my money! I feel like they already stole about $3200 of it. Now my friend is upset because she feels like she failed me, my daughter is upset because she knew I was sick and wanted to be there and I feel horrible about the whole transaction…. More
