My first experience was over ten years ago and I enjoy the staff, and really appreciated Matt who works in the Service department and how he took his time to work with me for close to a month by providing the staff, and really appreciated Matt who works in the Service department and how he took his time to work with me for close to a month by providing excellent service and guiding me through the steps to now owning my second vehicle with Toyota. We were having problems finding out what kind of body work was done on our vehicle and finally were referred to Chad Covert. There were several things that we felt should have been fixed before we took work was done on our vehicle and finally were referred to Chad Covert. There were several things that we felt should have been fixed before we took ownership of the vehicle. He listened to our concerns and came up with a "service" plan that we were very happy with.
