Please know that prior to the sale, your vehicle underwent a thorough pre-sale inspection. At that time, the suspension system was deemed to be in good working condition. Suspension systems consist of wear-and-tear parts, similar to a battery or even wiper blades & belts. These components degrade over time and may unexpectedly exhibit symptoms suggesting cause for replacement, especially on older and/or high mileage vehicles. We want to assure you that we value your business and are committed to your satisfaction.
