Please know that prior to the sale, your vehicle underwent a thorough pre-sale inspection. At that time, the suspension system was deemed to be in good working condition. Suspension systems consist of wear-and-tear parts, similar to a battery or even wiper blades & belts. These components degrade over time and may unexpectedly exhibit symptoms suggesting cause for replacement, especially on older and/or high mileage vehicles. We want to assure you that we value your business and are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re interested in protecting yourself against unexpected repairs, we encourage you to re-consider an extended service agreement. These plans can provide peace of mind and help cover the cost of repairs.
