Wish I bought from a different dealer!!!! In 01/14 I purchased a Certified 2011 750 LIX. This car immediately spent almost 3 weeks in the service department all for things that should have be In 01/14 I purchased a Certified 2011 750 LIX. This car immediately spent almost 3 weeks in the service department all for things that should have been repaired during the CPO and prior to delivery. My car did not meet BMW’s standards and should have never been Certified. When the car was delivered it was far from being certified. I called the salesman on my way home to state that car was shaking when driven over 55 MPH. It took Brian a few days to reply. The gas cap strap was broken, the cup holders in the rear seat did not open, battery keys were almost dead, the automatic windshield wipers didn’t work and it needed an alignment. After getting no real response from Rallye I took my car to Ridgefield BMW. They informed me that most of the items were under warranty except for the windshield which was replaced with a non-BMW part and the sensors would not work without a costly repair. To make matters worse I needed 4 NEW RIMS AT A COST OF OVER $3,000.00. I must say after I called Brian Cano and explained the situation they did assure me that they would make everything “right”. So they repaired the windshield and their expense and offered to “FIX” the rims when I had more time. The next day I got a flat and drove my car to Firestone. Firestone took the tire off the rim and showed me something that they have “never seen”. Someone used electrical tap, a plastic bag and “bead glue” to fix a damaged rim, my tire was fine. I had them pull another suspect tire and they found more electrical tape. I called Rallye and they said bring the car in, which I did the next day. They had the car for over a week and supposedly fixed the issue. Now the car shakes and still doesn’t drive correctly. Their service department called me a few days later to ask how my service experience was. When I complained and asked to speak to someone they never returned my call. While I can honestly say they tried to make things right it just isn’t. Rallye’s CPO department is suspect at best. I wish I never bought this car or I went to another dealer. More

Our experience with Rallye for the past 10 years has been nothing less then amazing. When our leases have comes up, we shopped around and Rallye always, hands down, wins us over. I cannot say enough good things about Carol. Nothing was too much to ask for, and she always kept you updated on the status of your car, and the work being done. I went to ralleye, after going to Hassel Bmw as it seems no one can tell me the reason why my brand new 550i xdrive which has 6700 miles on it that I had to add oil at least four times, each rep I dealt wit no one can tell me the reason why my brand new 550i xdrive which has 6700 miles on it that I had to add oil at least four times, each rep I dealt with gave me one excuse after another, the latest being that the car was checked and there are no leaks, and it seems that the 550 and 750 have an issue with burning oil and have to be topped off every 1500 miles or so. I do know something about cars and it seems hard to believe that a brand new $80,000 car would constantly need oil added, I have had the Lexus 460 as well as an Audi A8 and never had a problem like this, so I am dumpfounded to say the least. I also have a friend that has 750 and he never had an oil issue. my other issue is that I had to replace the front right tire three times as the tire actually ripped away from the rim, I went to the dealer (Hassel) and they told me they cannot get the tire as it is on backorder and they do not know when they will get them. Does this mean I cannot use my car until they locate a tire??? They then said go to goodyear to see if they can help, which I did and they located Pirelli tires that would fit my car but of course I had to pay the difference between the good year warranty and the price of the Pirelli's which was $800.00. so ther you have my two complaints. i would really like to get an answer to these issues without getting the runaround.
