We bought a high value vehicle that was sold to us as a new vehicle, only to find it had prior damage/vandalism and was missing a factory part listed on the sticker. The General Manager dismissed our conce new vehicle, only to find it had prior damage/vandalism and was missing a factory part listed on the sticker. I bought this jeep on 3/14 and it was raining and overcast. Didn’t notice the dents in the pictures until the next day. Reached out and was told that someone from the Folsom dealership would reach ou overcast. Didn’t notice the dents in the pictures until the next day. Reached out and was told that someone from the Folsom dealership would reach out to schedule a fix. It has now been 10days and no one has reached out. I have emailed Carlos, Bri, and text Armando and no one is responding. Very disappointing because everyone up until time of purchase was great. I guess they no longer care now that they have my money. Very frustrating to be dealing with issues like this after buying a brand new Jeep. More

Christopher was great on day I got van, explaining the van's details including electronics and was available to help during 5 hours it took to purchase. The financing experience was fine except for asking me to decide about options like pre-paid maintenance, GPS tracking and other options in the next 10 minutes to get a discount. Options were not explained in advance nor in printed material.No one wants to make $5+k decision in 10 minutes just based on a minimal verbal description. More
