I've had the pleasure of working with the Klaben family for over 40 years. I started out washing cars, driving the parts truck and selling cars. After graduating from the University of Akron I was given the opportunity to work as a service advisor, which then led to being a dispatcher, and then service management. I've lived in the Akron/Kent area all my life. I enjoy spending time with my family, my dogs and in the Summit County Metro Parks.

My wife and I were greeted by Brandon Pritchett, service advisor as Mike Brandvold our assigned advisor was not available at that time. Brandon asked if I would assist him in the service lane in the inspec advisor as Mike Brandvold our assigned advisor was not available at that time. Brandon asked if I would assist him in the service lane in the inspection of lights on our vehicle . I did so and all was well. Brandon then proceeded to check windshield wipers, tested our battery and topped off our washer fluid. Within minutes our repair order was printed for a 15K maintenance and multipoint inspection while Brandon inquired about allowing them to check our vehicle's alignment at no cost unless an out-of-spec situation was found. I agreed. On return to pick up our vehicle we met with Mike Brandvold and our repair order was closed out within a few minutes. The maintenance had been performed, alignment was found to be within spec, therefore no charge and our vehicle had been washed. Mike offered to walk us out to our serviced vehicle and thanked us for our business. What a pleasure doing business with this organization. More
