Brought my wife’s Sequoia in again, for some warranty related issues and a 20k mile service and a non warranty related repair. Talked to Cannon on a Monday. He scheduled me for Weds morning, provided me related issues and a 20k mile service and a non warranty related repair. Talked to Cannon on a Monday. He scheduled me for Weds morning, provided me with a loaner and had our car ready that afternoon. I was notified of everything throughout the day. Cannon is so pleasant to talk to and easy to work with. All the time. I just wish that some of the other dealership staff were as nice as he is. More

I had to have my hatch repaired because it would not always open. The parts needed were on backorder so about 2 weeks went by and Cannon called to tell me they were in and we scheduled a day for me to d always open. The parts needed were on backorder so about 2 weeks went by and Cannon called to tell me they were in and we scheduled a day for me to drop it off. The morning of my appointment, Cannon called to say he pulled the parts so they could be ready when I arrived, but one of the parts was damaged. He reordered and called when they arrived. Took my car in and it was repaired. I appreciated so much that Cannon checked the parts and notified me befor my appointment to save me a trip. I have had nothing but wonderful service any time I have taken my car in. They certainly know the meaning of customer service. More

I’ll be honest it’s been a while since I had a great service advisor! Hands done, I recommend Cannon Campbell! He has been able to service my 2024 RAV4 and 2024 Tacoma Trail Hunter!!! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and found out through the inspection process that I had a bad battery. As always, Cannon handled all of my needs. Got me scheduled and in and out within an hour and handled a few warranty items on my Tundra.
