As always, Cannon handled all of my needs. Got me scheduled and in and out within an hour and handled a few warranty items on my Tundra. Back in July, my wife was transporting two large jugs of Sparkletts water in the back of her new Sequoia. The lid came off of one of the jugs and it completely leaked out in the back of the Seaquoia along w Sparkletts water in the back of her new Sequoia. The lid came off of one of the jugs and it completely leaked out in the back of the Seaquoia along with 1/4 of the other jug. We freaked out and I promptly called Cannon Campbell. He said to get the car to him asap and he would put me in a loaner and get ours looked at. I did and he did. Cannon kept me notified the entire time. Took a few days of drying and removing the interior and hybrid battery, but they got it all cleaned, dried and back together. Cannon was willing to work with my insurance or do whatever it took, to get our vehicle repaired. So far, happy to report that we’ve had no problems since the incident. Been about 3 months and about 3k or so miles too. Sure hope Cannon stays around there. It’s nice having someone I know and trust, around the corner! More
