I always find the staff to be very friendly and helpful during my visits. I love the updates they've made to the waiting area; the chairs are comfortable, and there are snacks and Wi-Fi available, which ma during my visits. Lately, the service has been mediocre. Went to check the proble with my TPMS and the girl was just like it's broken, 165.00 to do the diagnostic and change the broken piece. I decided agai Went to check the proble with my TPMS and the girl was just like it's broken, 165.00 to do the diagnostic and change the broken piece. I decided against it for now. Then I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I would pay 88.00 plus tax. When I checked out, it was a total of 108. And some change. What in the world! The live young man, told me it was because of the extra materials they used for everything. I'm not against paying for it but I was told 88.00 plus tax. I didn't know toyota had hidden fees. I was so upset, I left. Once I got in the car the maintenance required soon message came up. Also, no MPI was done at all. Ugh! More
