From the start to the finish we were very pleased with the ease and speed of the buying, financing and servicing processes. CJ quickly figured out what we were after and got us a match with the color and trim level we wanted. We knew we wanted the Eye Sight safety package and would not go without it. Financing cars sometimes feels longer than closing on a house mortgage. Come to think about it, our 2017 Outback did cost more than our first house. The last time we financed through the dealership was fast, I believe we were out in less than 1 hour with the add ons we wanted. The service on our cars has been fantastic. They've come in on time. Not only that, but they've managed to get our car serviced and ready for us to go before it was even time for our appointment. We've had great luck with all of the service folks but Dan Ford remains our favorite. Not used this time but the shuttle drivers have been fantastic. More

Great Buying Experience Buying a car has always been something we hate to do. Working with a car dealer sales staff has been some of the worst experiences imaginable! However Buying a car has always been something we hate to do. Working with a car dealer sales staff has been some of the worst experiences imaginable! However our experience working with Cj, Tim and Jennifer was truly enjoyable. No pressure, treated with respect and courtesy and very knowledgable. CJ responding to our email within a short period of time introducing himself and sending a video of the car we inquired about, Tim helping us because CJ had a doctor appt. and Jennifer helping us the all the details of the sale it was a great experience. We went in to look at and test drive a 2017 Forester with the intention that this would be the first stop of many before deciding on a car. After spending some time with Tim asking questions and doing a test drive we bought the car on the spot!! Something we have NEVER done in the past. We can not recommend Tucson Subaru any higher. More
