Most car sales folks push features without regard to key 'hot buttons' of a customer. Just offering information & frequent support & reminders does not assure trust & comfort between salesperson & customer. Appropriate fit is important & essential in making major investment decision like auto purchase. Some of your sales folks seem to understand that & others are naive. CJ did listen when I told him I didn't want to hear anything more then having him answer my questions. He learned that I was not going to respond to anything like pressure & to respect my timing and my pace. Traci in Finance was organized respectful quick and clear. She made it simple and it was most comfortable. More

No rush. No pressure. No frustration. Just straight-forward information and genuine enthusiasm. CJ’s knowledge is impressive and grounded in his own extensive driving of the vehicles.
