As expected from a car dealership I started shopping for cars weeks ago with Tim Hanson who was very nice and gave clear information for the vehicles that I was shopping for. When I had what I wanted dialed in, Tim was not available and CJ began working with me. He was very motivated to sell me a car, was very knowledgeable and made him self available to work with. When it came down to buy a car the vehicle that I had chosen was listed as available on their website and CJ went through getting the process started, however he found that the vehicle was sold and the website not updated. He then found me a more expensive version with more upgrades of the same vehicle that they had in stock. When I arrived to finalize the purchase he was very busy with multiple customers and I appreciated his efforts to give me his best attention, however, when it came down to adding items and getting me the best deal at this point he completely lost interest and seemed entirely unmotivated to advocate for me. I asked if they could discount add-ons and he didn't even want to ask his manager, ultimately they offered me 5% off and I didn't take it. I had to make it a point to inspect the vehicle before finalizing paperwork and be very thorough when going over the car to make sure the items listed and promised were provided, by the time I was ready to leave they had not installed the seat back protectors that I had paid for and they told me someone would contact me to schedule an appointment to come in and have it done; a bit of an inconvenience since I live quite far away. At the end of it alI got very close to the price that I wanted and I come out with a good vehicle, the process was very much like any other dealer that I've been to and was stressful at times but the staff was very polite. I had a more pleasant experience here than Jim Click dealers, but that's not saying much. More

Quality People & Product We'd been considering Forester for over a year, hearing good things about that model and Tucson Subaru. Unlike our experience with other dealerships, We'd been considering Forester for over a year, hearing good things about that model and Tucson Subaru. Unlike our experience with other dealerships, we weren't hassled to buy (a turn-off). When the time was right for us, CJ helped us decide quickly that the Outback would be more suitable for our needs. During the test drive and afterwards, CJ made sure that we knew about the many safety features and comforts, and the many ways we could learn more, including following up with him. Financing took longer than we expected, mainly because of a software issue that needed 2 more people to figure out. Upside of that was not having to drive home a new car at rush hour during a thunderstorm. CJ, Louie, and everyone we met were friendly and helpful. The waiting area was comfortable and pleasant so I'm not dreading service visits at this dealership. We're new to Subaru but wondering what took us so long! More
