Recently my Silverado needed routine service. I called and spoke with my Service Advisor, Mr. Bryan Stanley. He got me on the schedule promptly. When dropping off my truck, I was greeted by na I called and spoke with my Service Advisor, Mr. Bryan Stanley. He got me on the schedule promptly. When dropping off my truck, I was greeted by name, a smile and a firm handshake with Mr. Stanley. It's great to be known and receive personalized care from the team at James Wood Motors in Decatur. The oil change, tire rotation and inspection was completed in a timely manner. Mr. Stanley called me when my vehicle as ready. When picking up my Silverado, I was greeted by Mr. Paul Johnson, the Service Department Supervisor. Like Mr. Stanley, Paul greeted me by name, a smile and a firm handshake and thanked me for our business. We chatted a moment. I cant express how important it is to me that the professionals at James Wood Motors care about their customers as observed by their behavior. We highly recommend James Wood Motors in Decatur, Texas.
