The 3 percent credit cards convenience fee was charged on the July 1,2024 purchases that I received. In fact, it is not clear why they are billing this 3% extra charge with my purchase. Service is great. No issues. I however don’t understand why your service agents only check you in and do not provide any feedback about your vehicle. I’ve had my oil c No issues. I however don’t understand why your service agents only check you in and do not provide any feedback about your vehicle. I’ve had my oil changed there several times, and the only interaction I’ve ever had with the service agent has been to check me in. However, this last visit, the agent did send me a text, saying if I had any questions to contact him. The service agents need to learn how to come out from behind that desk, and actually speak to you. Even just to come out to the waiting room to let you know about how much longer it’s going to be for your vehicle. More
