My 1500 Silverado Z-71 needed a routine oil change, tire rotation. I called my favorite service advisor Mr. Bryan Stanley and made an appointment to come in. When I arrived, Mr. Stanley greeting me by nam rotation. I called my favorite service advisor Mr. Bryan Stanley and made an appointment to come in. When I arrived, Mr. Stanley greeting me by name, a smile and a firm handshake. It's nice to deal with people who know you and more so people that you can trust. I asked Mr. Stanley if when the wheels were dismounted for rotation if he would have his mechanic install some aftermarket brake caliper covers. The backspacing on my 18" LT wheels did not have enough clearance for the red caliper covers to remain on so they were removed. My service was completed promptly, and Mr. Stanley had me up and running in a short amount of time. I trust James Wood Chevrolet in Decatur, Texas. The small-town atmosphere is awesome and its nice to deal with so many people who know you when you call in for service or walk through the doors. I've been doing business with James Wood Motors since moving to Wise County in September of 2007. I trust them explicitly. We will not buy a GM product or have it serviced anywhere but James Wood Motors. If you are not familiar with these kind folks, give them a try. More
