The appointment for this interaction was made by the staff of Toyota Des Moines to fix a recalled software issue. I came to the dealership and waited while the software was updated. I was told initially that the update would take about two hours and it only took about one hour. Great job by all the staff involved!! Thank You!!! More

If I could give Justin a worse score I would. I had at least two bad interactions where Justin had dismissed my concerns. But one time I confronted him after he dismissed my concerns again. Two w I had at least two bad interactions where Justin had dismissed my concerns. But one time I confronted him after he dismissed my concerns again. Two weeks later coming back in for the concerns I had expressed he again proved that his customer service skills had not improved and AGAIN dismissed my concerns. If I decide to use Toyota of Des Moines in the future, I will purposely ask to not have Justin. Even after my 10/10 bad experience with Justin, Brock came in and really turned the experience around. He listened to my concerns and explained them to me. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. So thank you Brock. More
