Took off shield plate for oil change and stated i did not have a splash shield. Did not want to admit their mistake and calling me a liar. On top of that, oil plug was not not tied correctly, so I lost oil, have a splash shield. Did not want to admit their mistake and calling me a liar. On top of that, oil plug was not not tied correctly, so I lost oil, which spilled on the driveway. If I didn't check and tightened the bolts, I could have lost more oil. Cutting corners like this, stealing the plate are shady business practices. I've been a long time customer of toyota of Des Moines, have taken my previous 2012 toyota 4runner, 2013, lexus GX, and now 2016 tundra for many years. Truly don't care about quality work or standing behind the Toyota brand. Extremely disappointed. I will take my business somewhere else. More

I had a jump start n was advised to get battery checked. Called 4 pm and was able to be seen next AM at 8:00. Charged n tested battery and he advised new battery. Only 2 yrs old n under warranty. Left for home little after 9 AM with new battery. ???? More
