I’ve never met anybody there that wasn’t professional and polite, they always make me feel very welcome. This was the first time that I bought a Toyota and I felt the sales people were very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve owned other SUV’s and I’m impressed with the quiet and comfort of this vehicle. The appointment for this interaction was made by the staff of Toyota Des Moines to fix a recalled software issue. I came to the dealership and waited while the software was updated. I was told initially staff of Toyota Des Moines to fix a recalled software issue. I came to the dealership and waited while the software was updated. I was told initially that the update would take about two hours and it only took about one hour. Great job by all the staff involved!! Thank You!!! More
