Service advisor wasn't very friendly or helpful. I asked her to explain in more detail the suggested repairs, and she was curt and just said we've suggested them the last several visits. I also asked about my cracked windshield, and she didn't engage the question, merely said they didn't repair them and gave me a card of someone who does. Also, I scheduled a pickup online and nobody came to pick my car up. When I called in, I was told I wasn't supposed to be able to book that service online. But obviously I was able to, and got a confirmation email and everything, but there was no effort by the dealership to acknowledge they'd screwed up or to try to make it better. More

I am extremely disappointed in the communication with the service area. My car had a pop-up message saying oil maintenance is due soon. The service tech said the windshield sticker was for when a tire rotation is due. I would not have had my husband drive three hours round trip for a tire rotation. I was worried about going over the mileage on the windshield sticker so my husband took the car in, while I stayed home with a 5-day old baby. More
