Appreciate the help in repairing broken trim on bumper. Plastic piece is a design flaw. They found the broken piece inside the bumper and your repair center removed bumper and snapped it back in place. It Plastic piece is a design flaw. It may not last as the plastic was broken but they fixed it faster than they anticipated and at no charge. Originally, Brock said I may need to go to a body shop and have the bumper replaced at my expense. I live 2.5 hours away and they really helped me out. Thanks! More
