After purchasing my car from BMW Freehold and making several trips back and forth, I was thrilled to discover BMW of Fort Washington — not only is it significantly closer, but the experience here has be several trips back and forth, I was thrilled to discover BMW of Fort Washington — not only is it significantly closer, but the experience here has been exceptional from the start. Ben, along with the entire team, has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and accommodating. Brittany has also gone above and beyond, patiently answering what must have felt like a million questions throughout the process. Even after my service appointment, when I came up with a few follow-up questions, Ben took the time to explain everything thoroughly and clearly, without hesitation.
