I usually don’t write reviews, but today what I saw at BMW Fort Washington, made me change my mind. My brother asked me to drop his car for service, when I got there, I felt very comfortable and welcomed. BMW Fort Washington, made me change my mind. They are very pleasant, it made me feel like im at home. In the drive through I met Ryan Young. He was great. Then inside, Rich Lanci the service director was extremely nice and pleasant. He was great. He took me to the show room to show me the waiting area, he made sure I was comfortable. In the showroom, I met a gentleman named Ben Ammar, He was very kind and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure having a conversation with him. It was clear this company cares about their employees. And Mike Fastman the general manager. He is great to his employees and their families. What a place to drop your car for service. Feeling the love everywhere. They showed me the video and when my car was done it was very nice and clean. This is the first time I am giving a review for the service here at Bmw Fort Washington. I am giving them all five stars and recommending them to anyone who wants to buy a car or service their own or even to find a job. This is the place to be, thank you all. You guys are the best. More

Brought my car in for service to have my side mirror repaired and couldn’t be any happier with the responsiveness of the team. Despite scarcity of loaners, they were able to accommodate me with one and repaired and couldn’t be any happier with the responsiveness of the team. In SERVICE: I was greeting at the service information desk by the welcoming team. They are working hard to maintain the standards BMW is known for. I am thankful to Mr. RICHARD LANCI the Service Manager desk by the welcoming team. They are working hard to maintain the standards BMW is known for. I am thankful to Mr. RICHARD LANCI the Service Manager for personally taking care of couple of issues with my new vehicle ; and Mr. Ben Ammar Operations Administrative Assistant, for his kind assistance throughout the process. Mr. Ammar specifically made it sure that my vehicle is taken care of the best possible way. I was amazed the way he went so far to maintain the pedestals of grace and dignity BMW is known for. I think the staff represents the entire institution. The after-sale service establishes the backbone of new sales in future. Ms. Brittany, of course, the service advisor assigned on the service visit kept me updated at every moment. It was reassuring and made it all so easy. In SALES: Mr. Mike Prince, was the first personnel I met at the dealership. He was so nice, polite and professionally equipped with the sales skills. Unfortunately there were no vehicles available due to shortage at the moment. But overall he personally tried his best to assist me as per my needs. Regards. Thanks again BMW of Fort Washington.
