I stopped by this dealership without an appointment. I had a slow week in my back tire. At first, I wasn’t able to be seen but after speaking with Ben and Brittney, I was able to have my car serviced. N I had a slow week in my back tire. I stopped at BMW Fort Washington with no appointment bc I was having an emergency. I met Rich Lanci the service manager who assisted me and made sure I was taken care of. He arranged a ride for me home and t was having an emergency. I met Rich Lanci the service manager who assisted me and made sure I was taken care of.
