I had a 9:15 appointment yet was told that appointment time did not matter and that my work would be done when they could. Why make an appointment if you will no honor it? Scheduled for a recall, I confirmed my appointment twice, showed up on time, then was told they didn’t have the part. Wasted my time, part had to be ordered, lost 2 hours of pay from my job.
