Briana was a great representative. She has been my main representative over the last couple of services and she always goes above and beyond. Great person over all! However, I was not a fan of a response from one of the other service advisor's when I asked why a 40,000 miles recommendation was being offered for iridium spark plugs when they are designed for 100,000 miles. It has only had a 40% life cycle. If it was at 50/60,000 I would understand, but at 40k is not a great recommendation. It is a disservice to the customer and it's already expensive to replace them and the service charge, especially in today's economy. More

Few things that were a concern. I had to pull over right after leaving as I heard a strange noise, bumping from my tires. Tires are marked so I know they were not rotated. More
